Create, Save, and Delete Advanced Column Configurations
When using the Number Grid question type, users can now create, save, and delete their favorite Advanced Column configurations. To create and save a new Advanced Column configuration:
- Navigate to a question and select the Number Grid question type
- Select Advanced from the Column Configuration dropdown
- Change the column configuration by changing the characters in a column and/or adding/removing columns
- A green plus sign will appear - this is how you will save the configuration for future use
To remove a saved configuration, click the red minus beside the column configuration name.
To use a saved column configuration, select the name of the configuration from the dropdown.
Academic Year Filters in Admin Mode
When administrators are viewing Classes or Students, they can now filter by Academic Year and Terms.
Updates to Keys Page
Standards codes are now displayed in line (when standards are attached.) Users can now easily add an additional multiple choice question to the end of the assignment using the Add button on the Keys page. Note: questions cannot be added once there are any responses.
Term Filter Available on Reports
Users can now filter what data is displayed in reports by using the 'Term Data Shown' filter. This will limit the responses in the data to the term selected.
Attachments Icon Updated
The Attachments icon when a user is in an assignment has been updated to reflect the number of attachments currently uploaded to the assignment.
Updates to Editing Keys
When editing a question in an assignment key, we've recently changed our "SAVE" button to "SAVE AND CLOSE." We've updated this based on feedback from users who expected the previous SAVE button to close the modal. Let us know what you think of this update!
Number Grids
Number grid question types now display a preview in the Edit Question dialog.
Moving Scans
When moving scans for a student or class, the dialog has been updated to include a dropdown for a term to help limit the number of classes a user needs to look through to find the class they'd like to move scans to.
