NEW! Student Visibility Permission
NOTE: The default System Administrator Access Group already has this permission enabled by default.
The Student Visibility Permission grants staff members access to the Teacher page in Teacher Mode as well as the ability to easily organize classes for the purpose of printing forms, scanning students' responses, and setting up online access.
The new Teacher Page grants staff admins with visibility to all teachers at their affiliated schools without needing to click over into Admin Mode. With a quick click, you can view all teachers and their affiliated classes.
The Student Visibility Permission allows staff members to view data/administer assignments for students at associated schools. This is especially helpful when creating a Class Group and needing to administer school-wide benchmarks or administer mock SAT or ACT tests to students who are not directly assigned to you. Assignment sharing rules still apply.
Enable the following permissions under the Assignment & Data Management category to create the custom Student Visibility Permission group:
NEW! PLC Groups - Discontinued September 2024
NEW PLC Groups are now available in Gradient! By default, all Gradient system admins have access to create and manage PLC Groups within Admin Mode. No additional permissions are needed. Simply add classes to the PLC Group to allow members to view anonymized student data from shared assignments. Collaboration has never been easier in achieving results for the students you serve.
