Gradient attachments allow you to organize your assessment materials with your Gradient answer key, keep testing resources together to share with colleagues and to display assignment materials for students online if needed.
Add an Attachment
From within an Assignment, select the Attachments icon from the toolbar.
- Select the Upload button and browse your computer to find a file you want to attach.
- Check the box for any PDFs you want students to be able to view during the Turn In or Review Windows.
- Select Done.
Manage Attachments
Option 1 From within an Assignment, select the Attachments icon showing the number of attachments available. |
|
Option 2 From within an Assignment, select the drop-down menu next to the assignment name and choose Manage Attachments. |
Manage Attachments by uploading, downloading, or deleting an attachment.
For an attachment to display during an online assignment, the resource must be a PDF, and the check box for Show in Student Portal must be marked. |
|
For Versions and Variations, additional checkbox settings will show in the Manage Attachments window once the answer keys have been filled in for each version on the Keys tab.
Note: If the additional checkboxes to manage multiple attachments are not showing, navigate to the Keys tab to ensure that answers have been bubbled in for every question on each version. |
|
By default, attachments will be viewable once students have opened the assignment during the TURN IN window the teacher has created and will NOT be visible once they click TURN IN or once the testing window ends (whichever comes first). |
