Students can access online assignments by using the Gradient Student Portal, Canvas, or Schoology.

• Some login methods require students to enter an access code. Read on below to find student login codes.

 You can view Access Codes from the Classes or Students pages:

• Selecting a Class will display a filter for the class and a list of students with their access codes.
• Selecting the View Students tile or the Students icon from the left sidebar will also display a list of Access Codes for all of your rostered students.

• Print or Export the codes in Excel or CSV formats.

Access Codes are only needed for Teacher Premium subscribers and Gradient for Schools subscribers using the Student Portal and NOT using Clever, ClassLink, Canvas, or Schoology for student login.

• Gradient for Schools: Teachers who are part of a Gradient for Schools subscription will see the same online Access Code for shared students.
• Teacher Premium: Teachers who are individually creating students in their own subscriptions will all have different online Access Codes for students.
