- Prior to sharing an assignment, a Gradient Leader will need to create a Teacher Group in Admin Mode.
Share to a Teacher Group
1. From the Gradient home page, select the View Assignments tile or the Assignments icon from the left sidebar.

2. Check the box to the left of the Assignment Name(s) and click the Share icon in the toolbar.

3. In the Share With field, begin typing the title of the Teacher Group. (You may need to ask your Gradient Leader for the title of the group.) |

4. Select the permission that works for your team: View, Administer, Edit/Share
|
|
5. Click Add Shares.

Edit Assignment Sharing
Once the assignment has been shared, the author or joint owner can adjust or remove sharing options.
1. From the Gradient home page, select the View Assignments tile or the Assignments icon from the left sidebar.

2. Check the box to the left of the Assignment Name(s) and click the Share icon in the toolbar.

3. From the Existing Shares section of the Assignment Sharing modal, you have the option to check or uncheck permissions or click the trash icon to the right of the teacher or group to remove them from the assignment.
Changes are instant. |
