Helpdesk will allow a Gradient Leader to become another user for troubleshooting purposes. By default, this permission is given to anyone with membership to the System Admin, School Support, or Instructional Leader Access Groups.
From Admin Mode, select the Staff tab.
- Check the box next to the staff member you want to launch a Helpdesk session for.
- Next, select the Start Helpdesk icon from the toolbar on the right.
A new window will open for the Helpdesk session.
- Select the X to exit the Helpdesk session and return to your own account access.
