Data Warning / Requirement Errors
A data requirement error occurs when the record is incompatible with GradeCam's integration with Clever, and the user or section will not appear in the application. Data Requirements must be resolved for users or sections to be successfully processed by the application.
A data warning error occurs when the user or section has a compatibility issue with the application that may result in a degraded app experience. We recommend addressing these issues or contacting the application directly to determine the impact of a particular Data Warning.

Missing Teacher / Staff
Missing teachers or staff in Gradient may be the result of missing sections or terms, or your filtered view on the Gradient Staff tab within Admin Mode.
- Make sure that the teacher has sections in Clever. GradeCam will not sync teachers without section assignments. You can check this by searching for the teacher in the Data Browser within Clever.
Missing Classes / Sections
Sections being shared from Clever will only sync with Gradient if terms have been added. In order to add terms to your Clever roster sync, you’ll need to reach out to Clever Support and request that they add the terms on your behalf.
TIP! Sometimes it’s faster to do a Support Chat request by clicking on the comment bubble in the bottom right of the Clever Support screen.
