There are three plans (see plan features here):
- Gradient for Schools
- Gradient Teacher Premium (for individual teachers and free trials)
- Gradient Teacher Limited (for individuals who have let their subscription expire)
Gradient for Schools and Gradient Teacher Premium subscription plans are managed separately from one another. This means that assignments and rosters created in a Teacher Premium (or Free Trial) individual subscription are not transferable to a Gradient for Schools subscription (or vice versa). For this reason, it’s great to start with the subscription plan that best suits your needs. Read more below about what plan will work for you.
To find your plan information, select the Account Menu icon at the top right of the page, and choose Settings.
Gradient for Schools and Districts
Your Account Profile will show your Organization name that the subscription is under and the expiration date.
Gradient for Individual Teachers
For Teacher Premium, Free Trial, or Teacher Limited, go to the Plan settings to view your current plan, expiration, and upgrade options.
Gradient for Schools Renewal
To start the renewal process for a Gradient for Schools subscription, use the survey to provide an updated list of Gradient Leader contacts and a projected student count for the organization.
Gradient for Individual Teachers Renewal
To start the renewal process for an individual subscription, most subscribers pay directly within Gradient by visiting their Account Menu > Settings > Plan. A receipt is emailed to the subscriber with proof of payment (to submit for reimbursement if the organization offers it).
