Enabling Helpdesk, your school or district GradeCam designated support personnel will be able to access your GradeCam account remotely in order to provide support.

Note: Teacher login credentials, including your password, are never shared or visible.

Enable/Disable Helpdesk

Toggle Helpdesk on or off

Access Teacher Settings

Select the toggle switch to turn on or off.

Enable Helpdesk from Admin Email

An email will be sent from your school GradeCam Admin requesting you to Enable Helpdesk.

In your email you will receive an email from requesting HelpDesk access.

Click the link in the email.

Login into GradeCam and HelpDesk will be toggled on.
