Manage the audit log in a GradeCam school/district account. The Audit Log allows administrators to view any changes to any data in the account.
Note: This option is not available on free or paid single-teacher accounts. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to upgrade to a school or district license.
All of the column headers can be selected to sort each column.
1.1 Search all items by typing the information for any field.
1.2 The title of each change is listed under the "Name" column.
1.3 The "Type" column will list what data has been changed. This will include Teachers, Classes, Students and Terms.
1.4 The "Action" column will show the changes to the data as updated, deleted or restored.
1.5 The "Process" column will list the role of the person that has made the changes.
1.6 The "Changed By" column will show the email of the person that made the changed.
1.7 The "Date" will be listed when the data was changed.
