How to create forms.

With GradeCam's form generator you can create several typed of forms.

  • Exam Forms
  • Credit (credit / no credit)
  • Score Forms
  • Multiple Version Exam Forms.

  1. Chose whether you want to create an Exam or a Score form.
  2. In Exam, select the number of Questions you'd like to have on your form from the drop down menu. Forms come in 10 question increments from 10 to 100.
  3. Select how many ID digits you would like to use for students' GradeCam ID in the drop down menu. You can use 3 to 10.
  4. Select whether you'd like a Blank form, or whether you'd like GradeCam to fill out the forms with your class information.

Multiple Exam Versions

Under Advanced Options (1), you can elect to use Multiple Exam Versions (2). GradeCam allows you to use up to 5 answer keys for a single assignment. Selecting this box adds Exam Versions (3) to the form.

Adding Alternating Rows or Cutom Bubbles

You can add Alternating Rows (1) of answers if your test uses alternating rows. You can also change the letters to numbers or any character you would like. The image below shows the form generated.

Creating Different From Sizes

You can create different Form Sizes (1). If you'd like to save paper, you can print the forms at a smaller size. For younger students, it can be useful to create larger forms. Those options are available here.

Score Forms

Score forms can be used for Credit / No Credit Assignments and for Scored Assignments.
