In this lesson we'll show you how to scan the demo assignments included in your packet.
Starter pack download can be found here: http://gradecam.zendesk.com/entries/20912476-example-assignments-st...
You packet contains:
The Answer Key and Exams have been filled out in order for you to try GradeCam quickly without having to bubble in sheets.

From the Assignment page click the Create button.

Enter an assignment name in the Name field(1). The example assignment is a multiple choice exam so Exam should be selected in the Assignment Type (2). The field for Number of Questions (3) needs to match the number of questions on the assignment that will be answered. For our example assignment enter 10. Date and Description are optional. Next, select Done (4).

In your example packet, the first sheet following the instructions is a pre-bubbled answer key and there is a hand written note on the top of it that says "Answer Key". Place the answer key in front of your camera. You should be able to see the form in the preview window (1) in GradeCam. When you hear a beep, GradeCam has scanned your key. You should see that the answers from the answer key form have been completed in the GradeCam Key (2). Now click Next (3).

In the Class Name dropdown menu (1), select Example Class as this is the class that corresponds to the demo forms that come in the packet.
Scan example exams by placing each in front of your camera. When GradeCam scans your assignment you will hear a beep , the student scanned will become highlighted (2), and the grading information will appear below the preview window(3).
Continue scanning all nine assignments.
Comments
I do not hear a beep and the NEXT button remains greyed out after no. 2 button (scan) is clicked. I created a small bubble sheet with 10 questions using black ink pen
